John F. Physical Therapy Exercises

Check out one of our patients John F. performing some of his exercises!  These are great exercises to strengthen you upper back muscles and improve your posture.  The last exercise, using the green cord, really helps you improve your shoulder range of motion & open up your chest enabling you to can roll your shoulders back and improve your posture.  All of this assists in preventing neck issues.
