This Benita , smiling after her successful session in our Pilates studio. 
Benita suffered a traumatic brain hemorrhage February 2nd of this year. She had an emergency surgery to place an external drain from her brain followed by an internal shunt eleven days later on February 13th. It’s hard to imagine this is how far shes come in just 3 days before her 6 weeks post incident. From the bottom of my heart Benita, I’m so proud of you. Jennifer AATB Pilates
