Meet Deborah S. – she had a total knee replacement on August 21, 2018 so she is about 6 weeks post-op at the time we did this video. After 6 weeks of Physical Therapy she has full range of motion for extension and almost for flexion, good strength, and is making progress with her balance. She can also walk without the use of any assistance devices! She contributes her ease of rehab and success to her participation in Pilates classes with us here at AATB Pilates two times a week for 2 years!
